«Friendship Project: Guide to Building Authentic Relationships»
Saturday, July 15 2017
Los Angeles 12pm, New York 3pm, Rome 9pm, Manila 3am.
Do you want your friendships to be deeper and more meaningful than Facebook “likes”?
Are you looking for a community of companions to create true spiritual bonds?
What does it mean to be people of hope, and how does that change our lives and make us more compassionate friends during difficult times?
Drawing on the cardinal and theological virtues, stories of the saints, and anecdotes from their own friendships, Michele Faehnle and Emily Jaminet—bestselling authors of Divine Mercy for Moms— will answer these questions and more in this Live Encounter- Friendship Project.
As an attendee, you will recieve a Guide to making and keeping fabulous, faith-filled friends that will serve as a practical primer for any Catholic seeking fresh ways to reach out to old friends and provide fun suggestions for making new ones. By employing Church teaching and telling us stories of their own friendships and those from the lives of saints and biblical women—including the Blessed Virgin Mary and St. Elizabeth, St. Thérèse of Lisieux and her sister Servant of God Léonie, and Sts. Perpetua and Felicity, our hosts will inspire you to seek deeper friendships. Not only will you be drawn closer to friends both new and old but you’ll also be reminded how these friendships—and the virtues you practice to nurture them—draw you closer to God.

Michele Faehnle and Emily Jaminet are dedicated wives, mothers, and volunteers. They are also friends, Catholic speakers, and the coauthors of Divine Mercy for Moms, which continues to inspire women to come together to pray, study, and live in friendship around the Divine Mercy devotion. In the midst of their busy lives, Faehnle and Jaminet found themselves missing their old friends and searching for new ones.
Michele and Emily invite you to the Live Encounter!

Questions and Answers

Recording to watch at your convenience
A few days after the conference, you will receive by email a link to a recorded version. If for some reason you weren’t able to make it to the live conference, you can watch it later when it’s most convenient for you.
During the days leading up to the conference, we will be sending you a series of spiritual resources (texts, videos, book extracts, etc.) that can help you to prepare for the conference.
This is a new feature! Sometimes we've run out of time to address all questions after a talk. Or, maybe a question or a doubt occurs to you only after the conference had already finished. As a participant, you can send an email to the speaker(s) and he or she will respond with a final video.
